Recipe Corner:: Twiced Baked Sweet Potatoes

I brought these tasty little gems with me to my first Thanksgiving with the in-laws. They were delish & loved by all. My sister in law is requesting the recipe so I thought I would share with everyone. They would be perfect for Christmas dinner!
